Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about paying for Aside. If it is not for you, here is how refunds work.
Our 14-day promise
If you are not happy with Aside, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Just reach out — there are a few easy ways:
- Text us in your Aside thread.
- Email hello@byaside.com.
- Cancel from the billing portal and let us know you would like a refund.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. It can take a few business days for your bank to post the credit.
Your free trial
Aside starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged, so there is nothing to refund.
After 14 days and renewals
After the 14-day window, payments — including automatic renewals — are generally non-refundable. You can cancel any time to stop future charges, and you will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
